Nikol Tennant
As Chief Financial Officer of LCM, Nikol’s key responsibilities include the execution of the company’s business plan, the coordination of LCM’s key operational functions and the development of the firm’s business strategy.
Nikol is a key professional within the organization and possesses an intimate knowledge of the firm’s overall activities, spanning from operations to technology and marketing. Recruited by Robert Levitt while still in university, from day one she played a crucial role in building the firm’s operations and back office infrastructure relying at the onset on very limited resources. She has also been instrumental in leading the firm’s growth from small start-up in 2000 to award winning wealth advisors.
Nikol actively participated to the establishment of LCM’s first custodian relationships and initial trading infrastructure, the implementation of the firm’s original back office technology, the opening of LCM’s offices in Europe, as well the firm’s expansion through affiliated companies in Switzerland. Because of this hands-on and in-depth expertise, she rapidly assumed increasingly senior positions, rising to LCM’s Chief Operating and Compliance Officer.
Prior to re-joining LCM — after a short voluntary leave to start her family — Nikol served as Financial Controller of Bank of Florida. In that capacity, she was responsible for management reporting, budget support and forecasts for the $1.5 billion multi-bank holding company.
Nikol holds a Bachelor of Science, and earned a Dual Major in Finance & Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
